[Product Delivery Time]
Products will be shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

[Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges]
As orders are automatically processed, cancellations are generally not accepted. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect shipping address input, absence, or failure to arrange redelivery, and the package is returned by the delivery company after a certain period, redelivery will be arranged. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee. Cancellations of orders after delivery cannot be accepted.

If there is a defect in the delivered product, such as a damaged item or a different item received, we will offer a return or product exchange. Please submit a return/exchange request via the "Contact Us" form. After your request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return/exchange the product. However, please note that returns/exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases. The shipping cost for returns/exchanges will be borne by our company.

・Deterioration or damage to products due to long-term storage by the delivery company caused by the user's delay in receiving the product.
・If the product condition is equivalent or similar to what was described in the product introduction.
・Other items that are not considered defective due to the product's characteristics or common social perception.
